Brian Lynn

Brian earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in both Accounting and Economics from Bloomfield College located in Bloomfield, New Jersey. After college, Brian was employed as a Field Agent in the Examination Branch of the Internal Revenue Service. He initially acquired his public accounting experience in the tax department of Smolin Lupin & Co, a New Jers... ey medium size firm. He was solicited by Grant Thorton, formerly Alexander & Grant, an international firm located in Florida. Brian left this firm and became the tax manager for Oppenheim, Appel, Dixon and Co, one of the largest international tax firms. After foregoing a potential partnership opportunity, Brian opened his practice in December 1982. The practice developed over more than three decades to currently representing more than a thousand clients throughout the USA and some internationally. Brian is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He was one of the founding fathers and the first elected President of the Gold Coast Chapter of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He also maintains an active membership in the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.
