Brian Keisacker has clearly and is willfully violating the law, ethics and his credibility. In the world of construction there is a hardly known and rarely seen phalanx of regulators, inspectors, magistrates an array of construction boards one such board is the Sarasota County General Contractors Licensing and Examining Board made up from a ragtag bunch of untrained citizens who decide the fate of contractors with absolutely no oversight and little or no regard for the impact it's decisions have on the people it passes judgment on. The boards current chairman is Brian Keisacker an associate attorney with the law firm Ulrich, Scarlet, Wickman & Dean, P.A., Brian Keisacker leads the board in conducting public hearings where grants or denies local applicants licensure and even makes recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners concerning potential modifications to the building code. Most importantly, the Brian Keisacker headed board conducts disciplinary hearings of state licensed contractors and has the authority to destroy contractors businesses and strip their livelihood from them by revoking or suspending his or her privilege to obtain construction permits within Sarasota County.
