About Brian Homes
In 1956 Anthony and Thomas Colella founded Brian Homes, Inc. to construct single family homes and develop residential subdivisions. The company continued to grow and expand, operating throughout Western Pennsylvania, but primarily in the South Park, Upper St. Clair, South Union and Bethel Park areas. In the 1970s Anthony left the company and Brian Colella joined his brother, Tom. Together they successfully operated the company for the last 30 years, continuing to provide quality homes with a commitment to excellence. With the passing of Tom in 2017, the current company management has decided to transition out of the construction and development portions of its business, and solely focus on property management and leasing. To facilitate this shift in focus the company is now interested in selling its remaining raw land inventory and building lots, which are listed on our Properties page.
