When youre ready to start registering for activities , be sure to review the How to Register for an Activity page. Director of Parks & Recreation: Michael Martin We Now Accept Credit Cards! This convenient registration system allows us to accept credit card payments. A Convenience Fee will apply to all credit card transactions. A non-refundable fee of $1.95 or 2.45%, whichever is greater based upon the transaction total, will be automatically applied at payment. The program fee will be billed by Brewer Parks & Recreation, and the Convenience Fee will be billed by RegFee Payments, a third party credit card processor. The City does not collect or keep any portion of the Convenience Fee. Any program fee will be refunded in full with withdrawal from class prior to first meeting. Refunds for withdrawals after first class will be done on a prorated basis. Any person dismissed from a program may not be entitled to any refunds. All refunds will be made by check and may take up to two weeks to process. Please note that some programs will have specific refund policies, such as no refunds after a certain date (often with bus trips and ticket purchases) or non-refundable class materials fee.
