Breitling Elementary school was named after Frank W. Breitling. Mr. Breitling was an educator in Mobile County and Grand Bay for many years. The purpose of Breitling Elementary School is to create lifelong learners. They expect all students to graduate from high school and be prepared to be successful in a global economy. The school motto is "Breitling Bears on the Hunt for Knowledge!" To help support our student's academic achievements, they offer a variety of programs and activities for students of all abilities. Struggling students receive intervention from multiple resource teachers before and after school. All students are challenged through a variety of technology based programs such as robotics and technology club. Students are given opportunities to grow academically through web based programs for reading, science and math. Students participate in project based learning activities in technology classes. Some students are in the National Elementary Honor Society as well as the Student Council and participate in volunteer opportunities that support the community.
