Elizabeth Lam graduated the College of Charleston with BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship & minor in Arts Management. During her time in Charleston, she joined multiple womens career development groups where she learned negotiation skills, knowing her worth and finding a supportive tribe. Her journey in the DEI f... ield began when while employed at a conference planning start up. She booked over 70 speakers and took the initiative to create panels that were diverse and intersectional. In September 2018, she moved to Austin and took a job in international payments. Shortly after she started her new job the company was sold. Knowing she needed to go back to her roots and passions she applied to join Breaking The Glass. Her experience in event planning, background with womens career development groups and passion for DEI was a natural fit to join the team. Starting as the Marketing & Events Coordinator, she now manages national partnerships for Breaking The Glass. She is also a member of Young Womens Alliance and regularly volunteers with the Girls Empowerment Network. Danny Cohen is an accomplished executive with 18+ years of excellence in leadership. Danny specializes in market strategy and brand penetration in developing regions. After overseeing the successful expansion of SThree Europe, Danny came to the US Southern Region to lead market development efforts for the technology staffing brand, Computer Futures. Eventually being asked to lead the entire company across the US, he quickly recognized the unique challenges US technologies were facing with regard to gender disparity, and made it a central focus of the Computer Futures USA values-driven brand strategy. Danny is proud to have sponsored the creation of Breaking The Glass as a way to serve clients and candidates as partners in progress, and he continues to be an advocate for diversity and inclusion initiatives both internally and externally.Read More
