With this realization, Breaking Barriers United invests in our youth by going into their neighborhoods and locating tomorrows leaders, through relationship-bui... lding and mentoring programs. Our mission is to repair the bond between law enforcement and the community by promoting transparency and building relationships. We've worked with students, parents, educational professionals, community leaders, and law enforcement personnel to create a positive influence.
