Clifton Robinson is a third generation Wacoan. While working with the Texas National Guard and finishing up his last semester at Baylor University, Clifton began to learn the ropes of his family business, an insurance company. In 1964 Clifton ventured out on his own and founded National Lloyds Insurance, which became the focal point for most of his... career. He built his career on the values of honesty, integrity, and giving back to the community. The Robinson family deeply values education and has donated millions to help with building space and scholarships to the local colleges in Waco. Jed grew up in Waco and attended the University of Texas, where he graduated from the Business Honors and Finance program. After graduation he worked as a consultant for McKinsey & Company in Dallas, TX. From 2015 to 2018 Jed attended graduate school, splitting time between Stanfords Graduate School of Business and Harvards Kennedy School of Government. After graduating with an MBA and MPA, he moved back to Waco to partner with the Robinson Family in founding Brazos River Capital, an investment arm for the Robinson Family Office. In addition, he founded Waco Hat Company as a way to give back to the community. 100% of the proceeds go to Mission Waco, helping support their effort to empower the poor and marginalized in Waco. Chad is a Waco native and attended Baylor University where he earned dual degrees in Real Estate and Marketing. After graduating, he worked at Southern Financial Group as manager of acquisitions. There he directed the acquisition strategy of distressed debt assets secured by commercial real estate.
