We would like to congratulate Hae Chung and Judy on their retirement in 2018. Hae Chung and Judy are still involved with Bradley U-Brew as advisors to the new owner. Taking over Bradley U-Brew is Shawn Lee. Shawn has several years of experience brewing his own beer and wine. Shawn works hard to bring excellence to his customers and also share his k... nowledge on beer and wine. Say hello to Shawn Lee! In the 1980s, Hae Chung began making his own distinct wine out of his father-in-law's basement. Experimenting with different ingredients, he constantly strived to create a better wine. Even back then he was very passionate with the craft of wine making. Finally deciding to do something he truly loved, Hae Chung started a new business. In 1993, Bradley U-Brew was established with the partnership of his wife Judy. This not only allowed him to acquire more advanced equipment but also share knowledge on beer and wine making to his customers. Together, they have built a strong customer base and in 2003, merged with Beer, Beer, and More Beer!. Today, Shawn Lee and his workers love going into work every morning eager to meet with you and our wonderful customers who have made the last 20 years truly memorable.
