Having access to 1,400m2 of warehouse space and over 1,000 pallet bays enables us to hold a large amount of stock which limits backorders. Our efficient delivery processes allow us to offer a 24-36 hour delivery service within the metropolitan area while our country customers enjoy the same level of service with all orders dispatched within 24-36 hours of receipt. Within the Metropolitan area we use our own delivery service vehicles and staff. Our drivers often deliver to the same areas so our customers become familiar with the drivers who can ensure that any issues are dealt with there and then, not when they reach the depot and report through head office. Running our own delivery fleet also enables us to manage delivery schedules and any issues to meet our customers' needs, not some transport company's timetable.
