Its Commercial Division has been successful placing footings, stems and flatwork on all kinds of buildings. These jobs include site work and structural concrete work. This division is the largest in the company. Ultra flat floors can be produced by finishing crews using a "240 Somero Laser Screed". This machine and finishing crew can be sub-contracted to do outside work. Its Curb and Gutter Division uses a Gomaco 3600" machine, which is designed to do tighter radiuses on curb work. Many jobs have been completed in strip malls, shopping centers and sub-divisions.
