Established in 1969, our facility was remodeled in 2005 as part of our continuing commitment to provide the kind of clean, comfortable and attractive environment families expect. We are a 100-bed facility with a spacious, enclosed courtyard that includes a fountain and a shaded seating area. Our spacious and welcoming activity room is a busy place for special events, and is also available to families for special occasions, along with a private conference room. We are a NO SMOKING facility. As part of our effort to continually improve our services and employ "best practices," Boulevard Terrace participates in the Medicare Q-Source Quality Initiative.
