The Bottom Line Consultancy specialises in working with Solicitors' Practices. We have established and developed a database with details of over 90,000 Solicitors' and their Practices. We email our database once every 4 - 6 weeks with details of law firms looking to sell, looking to merge and looking to acquire. We market our Clients' Practices for sale through Linked-In as well as via Core Legal [see www.CoreLegal.net]. We also have an ongoing Google Adwords campaign so if anyone is interested in buying or selling a law firm, they will be directed to our web sites. We sell on average two, sometimes three, firms each month and have averaged 25 -30 disposals each year for at least the past 10 years. We charge a nominal retainer as a contribution towards our up front marketing expenses but the bulk of our fee is payable on the successful disposal of your practice.
