President of Bothwell Construction Corp. My parents owned and operated a 40-unit Motel. Growing up while working at the Motel is where I first learned maintenance skills. After College, I moved to the SF Bay Area and worked for approximately 7 years doing commercial construction for Beam Construction at the Stanford Medical Center where I learned v... aluable lessons on stringent OSHPD (Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development) specifications. In 1998, I was hired at Bothwell Corp. as a crew foreman building Cell sites for GTE and Cellular One. I progressed through the years of becoming a project manager and then becoming the Operations Manager where I got practical experience running the day to day operations of the company. I worked closely with the owner to meet budget and financial requirements to keep the company as competitive as possible in the Telecommunications industry. On June 1st, 20 years after I had been hired by Bothwell, the owner officially retired, and I purchased the company.
