BOSS was founded in 2013 by Paul Tran, a successful Los Angeles general contractor who holds a BA in architecture and an MBA in Business Management. Mr. Tran has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry and is the owner or part-owner of over 10 profitable companies. Through this process of accumulating businesses he recoginized that... he could create economies of scale by combining the administration of his various companies into one operation and this is how BOSS Systems started. The back office structure that he designed proved to be so efficient in fact that it significantly lowered overhead cost for all his companies and helped them to grow and prosper through good times and bad.
