Bosie Bakery is a small coffee shop located in Spanish Harlem. Simply and beautifully decorated, the store serves an array of savory items, viennoiserie, pastries, macarons and cookies in addition to a selection of tea and coffee options. We are a small local business and all our food is prepared and baked right on location at the back of the coffe... e shop. The shop has one table for two and a small counter that seats an additional three people. We offer WiFi to our customers through a Time Warner Hot Spot. Chef Damien Herrgott, named Top 10 Pastry Chef's in America by the Dessert Professional magazine, oversees a professional staff in the Bakery's kitchens that turn out the delightful treats for sale at the front, as well as catering to a number of wholesale accounts. The desserts and macarons for our sister restaurant, Bosie Tea Parlor, are also made in the kitchen here. We specialize in catering tea parties as well as other events in all shapes and sizes. Bosie has partnered with local Brooklyn roaster, Toby's Estate, to provide its coffee options. Recognized as one of the top coffee companies in the city, Toby's roasts its coffee beans right across East River in Williamsburg.Read More
