Let me introduce myself. Im Jane and Im proud to say that I founded BORG over 25 years ago. My early career was with Citi where I was lucky enough to be part of rapid evolution in the financial sector. The training, coaching and mentoring at Citi was outstanding, so I was quickly able to develop and progress. When I founded BORG, my mission was to... give others the same exceptional developmental experience that set my own career on such an exciting trajectory. As my role had been client-facing, it was inevitable that many of our first clients were sales leaders in the financial sector. To this day we still work with many sales teams and also respond to demand from other functions and sectors including energy, technology, pharmaceutical and professional services. These days we have a team of hand-picked expert trainers, facilitators and executive coaches based all across the globe. So, we can work wherever we are needed in person or online and in multiple languages. For almost three decades and through periods of economic growth and recession, weve thrived.
