We do not charge for our costs for long distance telephone calls, faxes, ordinary postage or computerized legal research in the libraries made available to us by Lexis/Nexis at a flat rate (Alaska, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the tort and insurance library). When insurers ask us to represent their insureds, the clients (the insureds) are uniformly satisfied with the representation they receive.
