Therefore, following you will find that there is certain office space that could be expanded from storage space and vice versa, or storage space that could expand to manufacturing space and vice versa. These multi-function spaces could be an advantage for todays market, and we have been encouraged to believe to this advantage from testimony of almost any specialist that looks to this project. Also, thanks to the big size of this plot, we have designed this facility the way that it could expand to at least another 80,000 to 100,000 Sq.Ft. shed or other functions. Another advantage of this plot is its strategic location, it is almost on one side of a Junction that the other three sides are, Jabal Ali Air Port, Dubai Investment Park and Jabal Ali Free Zone South, in the north, there is Sheikh Zayid Road and in the south, there is Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, and it is attached to a big zone that considered only for high-level Staff Accommodation Camps.
