Bodytone Yoga offers a powerful, flowing yoga workout that draws together breath and movement, alongside optimum body alignment. Using your own body weight to work every muscle in the body, this practice is a complete workout for a strong, healthy body and relaxed focused mind. Gentler Hatha Yoga and Pranayama (breathing & meditation) practices are... also adapted to your needs. The Corporate Classes are for mixed levels and cater to various sensitivities. Classes are fun with the goal of making yoga accessible to everybody, yet still challenging, by encouraging every participant to reach their potential. For these classes we come to You! We also offer Personalised Studio Classes with maximum 4 participants and one one one private lessons at Proactive Healthcare in North Ryde. This is where we can really work closely together to achieve your fitness goals, assist you in rehabilitation, develop your practice and focus on what you need from Yoga. The creative Yogadance classes are held at Surry Hills and are open to everybody. You may have some yoga practice or dance experience or simply love music and movement. You are very welcome to join!
