Develops and administers programs designed to enhance muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, cardiorespiratory fitness (ex.10 km Running race), body composition (decrease body fat, increase muscle mass), balance and/or any of the motor skills related components of physical fitness. As a Personal Trainer, he lives his passion for health and fitness, and for helping others enjoy a better life. As a Health coach, he can help by empowering his Trainees to adopt and sustain healthy lifestyle behaviors that prevent, mitigate and even reverse chronic diseases. An ACSM/NPAS PAPHS advocates for policies, programs, legislation, and more all of which create equitable opportunities for all individuals to benefit from increased physical activity no matter where they live. He is the founder and leader of the Body Design Training Council, the sole training Council in Cyprus to prepare Fitness Professionals to become Certified Personal Trainers by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).
