Bodhi Tree Yoga offers a full spectrum of classes to suit all levels and interests, and body types. Our Bodhi 1, 2 & 3 classes offer top notch instruction in the tradition of Hatha Yoga, asana and philosophy. For those who prefer a stronger physical practice, our Bodhi Flow classes offer asana arranged in a specific sequence, linked to the breath.... We offer them hot, warm and room temperature! For those who prefer stillness our Yin classes provide postures that are soft, still and silent. Explore the wonders of Mindfulness with Breath & Meditation, the calming effects of restorative yoga with Relax and Renew, or the benefits of better posture and a more flexible spine with Bodhi Alignment Therapy. Whether you prefer early morning Empowerment, or a chilled out session of Bodhi Bliss, we have got you covered. Along with all of our regularly scheduled classes, we are offering some fantastic new classes this session, by registration only, at our Cathedral location.
