In 1992 I started Bob Smith Contracting to help homeowners get the service they wanted, not what was easiest for the contractor. When contracted to do a job I put your needs before anything else. I'll make suggestions and recommendations along the way, but ultimately the final decision is yours. I work around your schedule and your concerns to make... the whole process easier. I can be reached 7 days a week since questions sometimes come up after I've gone for the day. All of my work is done by me personally without subcontractors and guaranteed to be done correctly and in a timely manner. Bob Smith Contracting handles every aspect of home repair and renovations from handy-man type work to re-structuring an existing house to building a house from the ground up. No matter what size the job is , the same attention to detail is followed. A daily clean-up is included along with storage of materials out of the way to keep the disruption to a minimum.
