BlueWater Trading Solutions was created as the result of the software spinoff from TradeMaven Group. It has acquired all intellectual property, software and infrastructure from TradeMaven Software with the purpose of becoming the software technology provider for TradeMaven as well as other Introducing Brokers and FCMs. The spinoff includes all inte... llectual property, software, educational software add-on products (such as inside edge) and hardware/infrastructure currently in use. The transition will will not result in any disruption of service to our existing customers. Over the next couple of months the new company structure will be implemented and operations will be transitioned which will be a seamless process. All the current sales, support and accounting email addresses and phone numbers at TradeMaven will remain valid until the transition has been completed. Former Managing Partner and current CTO of TradeMaven Group, Peter Nannis, is the owner and operator of the new venture. Inside Edge will transition to a joint partnership between Charlie Cochran who is a part owner and BlueWater Trading Solutions.
