Founded in 1987, Blue Valley Builders, Inc. is a family owned and operated homebuilder located in Moore Township, Northampton County, Pennsylvania. We pride ourselves on providing a quality home at a competitive price. Blue Valley Builders is owned and managed by Larry Kemmerer - a Drexel University graduate, civil engineer, and licensed surveyor w... ith 45+ years in field experience; Betty Kemmerer - a Muhlenberg graduate, former president of the Lehigh Valley Builders Association, and former board member of the Pennsylvania Builders Association with 30+ years of banking and building experience; and Michael Kemmerer - a St. Joseph's University graduate with 20+ years of construction and site management experience. Blue Valley Builders' staff includes full time carpenters and painters along with seasonal laborers. All site work is managed by our sister company, Blue Valley Excavating, owned and operated by David Kemmerer. This enables us to deliver a quality home with much attention to detail since we handle a large portion of work "in house". Our subcontractors are all experienced, local proprietors whom are experts in their fields. Blue Valley uses all top quality materials including Andersen windows, Kohler fixtures, Trane heat pumps just to name a few. We also provide a full service program for our customers as well as offering basements, sunrooms, decks, etc. Blue Valley Builders specializes in custom homes of all sizes on our building lot or yours. We have been establishing neighborhoods through land development for over 25 years. We currently have development in progress with lots available in the Moore and Lehigh townships.
