It serves as a one-stop source for all communications from the GPC HOA Board of Directors directly to you, our fellow homeowners. It houses all meeting notices and minutes, in addition to other important HOA documents and records. In-keeping with bylaws, certain announcements will still be sent via postal service or posted in a neighborhood common area. Alongside those notices, this website acts as an easy access repository allowing members to keep up-to-date on HOA news.
