Essentially, Blue Moon Capital, LLC (BMC) provides an investment opportunity to qualified investors looking to diversify their portfolios within the real estate industry. We provide a rehabilitated rental property for 80% of market value, known as the "Income Model." In other words we are able to hand our investors 20% built-in equity. BMC is unlike any other organization in that they provide the upfront capital for the initial property purchase in the form of a temporary hard money loan, requiring only $5,000-$10,000 down payment. This temporary and deferred payment loan will transfer title to the investor while the rehabilitation is completed.
