By the age of thirteen, Gail was already preparing elabor... ate Sunday family meals. She had discovered that cooking was an extension of her and she was naturally good and very passionate about it. Chef Gail has always had a curious taste bud and a tenacious ability for seeking out unusual cuisines and cooking methods from other countries and cultures. She later worked for a large 950 acre Christian resort in Navasota,TX as the Kitchen Manager and moved on to become the Food Service Director at the Cornerstone Christian School in Sugarland, TX. She left the institution to focus her talents and skills on her true passion "business ownership". Chef Gail created her own catering company Blue Hibiscus Catering in 2004.
