Whenever I have a piece of equipment go down, Blue Collar Computing responds very quickly and fixes it. They keep my complex systems running. It is very helpful to have the technician on chat. Having the technician take over the updates and fixes on my pc remotely is a big time savings because the updates are done while I wait at my workstation and I am able to verify the fixes have been made at the same time. To say that I am pleased with the level of service weve received from BCC would be an understatement. From our initial consultation with Arthur which was only 3 weeks ago, through the on-boarding process, and now to troubleshooting, weve been blown away by the prompt and thorough attention provided by the BCC staff.
