Bloomsburie is a small woman-owned full-service performance improvement company located in the Washington DC Metro area. Our founding Principal, Kinha Lester, spent her junior year of college at the London School of Economics and Political Science in England. For many afternoons, she walked the British Museum and read inside the British Library, lo... cated in the Bloomsbury neighborhood. Inspired by the Bloomsbury Group of writers, thinkers, philosophers, artists, and the surrounding educational institutions, Kinha founded Bloomsburie to capture knowledge. After years of designing and developing training products and services, and providing support to the government and commercial sectors we decided to bring our expertise directly to our customers. As one group of employees leaves another group needs to be trained. When a new technology or law is implemented, organizations need to train its employees.
