We are a full service Dialectical Behavioral Therapy clinic offering individual psychotherapy, skills training groups, parent skills training groups, phone coaching, and therapist case consultation for our therapists. We treat children, adolescents, adults and families at the clinic. Individual skills sessions are offered to children between the ag... es of 8-12 to learn how to regulate their emotions. Children are not eligible for skills groups at this age. Adolescent groups begin at 13 years of age. We offer groups based by age ranging from adolescent groups, young adult groups, and adult groups. Our goal is to empower individuals and their families to lead healthier, more peaceful lives. We provide effective, evidence based therapies for individuals who suffer to regulate their emotions. We are open 7 days a week by appointment only. Our hours are Monday-Thursday from 9am-9pm, Friday from 9am-6pm, Saturday and Sunday 8am-4pm. Dialectical Behavioral Therapy is proven to be beneficial with treating eating disorders, addictions, post-traumatic stress disorder, OCD, anxiety, and mood disorders as well as borderline personality disorder (BPD). LOCATION: Bloomfield DBT is located at Maple Park at 6020 W. Maple Rd. #501 W. Bloomfield, MI 48322 on the north side of Maple Road between Orchard Lake and Farmington Road.
