Previously, Michael was V.P. of Marketing at The Teaching Company, one of the world's leading educational products firms, where he was instrumental in tripling sales. He also founded and led the company's market and consumer behavior research group. Michael earned a B.S. summa cum laude from Boston University and a M.B.A. with highest honors from The University of Chicago. He completed executive training at The Harvard Business School, The University of Michigan and The University of California in Berkeley, The University of Chicago, The AC Nielson Burke Institute and SPSS.
