I started BlooLotus shortly after returning from yoga teacher training in Bali, Indonesia when my social media followers began reaching out, and asking for personal instruction. I realized this was a need in my community, and that I too used personal at home instruction online to teach myself yoga before becoming certified. I created BlooLotus to serve those who are searching for a deeper, more personalized and individual approach to yoga for the purpose of inner healing, emotional and mental healing.
