Black Unicorn

Hey! Were a culture company across London and New York made up of founders, self-starters and Futurists on the same path as you. We built Black Unicorn because people are burning out doing work theyre not passionate about for companies that dont move society forward. So we got our minds together to design a new blueprint of work. Our hope? To chang... e how the world manages work, people and culture. The good news is we work exclusively with Brands that value bringing your whole self to the table, to the party, to the coding room. Our partnership approach centres actual needs, supports goals and strengthens culture for growth. We understand what it is for founders, leadership teams and Talent alike to find their tribe. We love these guys because theyre disrupting their industry and making work better. Read a little more about how we work with them.Read More
