Black Bear Lax, LLC ("Black Bear") is dedicated to providing its participants with an outstanding lacrosse experience that combines top flight coaching with the opportunity to participate and compete in games against players from around the country. To attain the... se commitments, Black Bear expects that all participants (coaches, players, as well as family, friends and fans in attendance) abide by Black Bear's Code of Conduct. Failure to do so may result in immediate expulsion from the Black Bear team, camp or event without compensation or refund. Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that demonstrates respect for other players, coaches, officials and spectators. We demand civility. Performing, permitting, encouraging, or condoning actions that are dangerous or demeaning to a player, coach, official or spectator will not be tolerated. Participants are not permitted to be in the possession of or under the influence of alcohol, drugs, and/or tobacco products. Participants are not permitted to be in the possession of weapons. Participants are expected to wear all of the necessary and required equipment for participation in lacrosse. Participants are expected to promptly report any and all injuries to a member of Black Bear. Participants are expected to treat all playing facilities with respect. Black Bear will not tolerate any acts of vandalism or actions that result in damage to property. Black Bear will hold participants legally and financially responsible for any and all damages they may cause to the property or facilities of Black Bear and all fields and facilities used by Black Bear. Hazing players is completely unacceptable and those participating in any hazing type activity will be reported to law enforcement and immediately expelled from the Black Bear event without refund.Read More
