Black Banditz

Located on L.A.'s trendy Melrose Ave, Black Banditz is a NEW, first-of-its-kind lifestyle shop that features tattoo artists, hair salon experience, a full stage area for live music performances, and a relationship with The Viper Room to lend its talent to the Black Banditz stage. Founded by Adam Moonves, Giovanny Artiga, and Dan Regan, Black Bandit... z is a gothic styled space with highly stylized décor ranging from the eccentric (McQueen and Louis Vuitton art) to the eclectic (vintage motorcycles and oversized candelabras). With our Blackbanditz movement we plan to infiltrate not only in LA but also eventually NY and Paris second homes to owners Adam Moonves (New York) and Gio Artiga (Paris). Anchored by a massive medieval chandelier, the shop blends tattoos, hair artistry, fashion, music, and an all-out bandit lifestyle to make Black Banditz the only place where LA's trendsetting crowd can satisfy all their desires. Before its transformation into a shop, Black Banditz started as a photo blog where owners Moonves and Regan would take pictures at their parties and digitally slap sensor bars across partygoers' eyes. Soon, the guys added a tattoo artist to their crew and started doing Pop Up tattoo experiences at a melrose clothing store and later for fashion events and parties. When introduced to Artiga, the missing piece to their puzzle, the three joined together to reopen Black Banditz on Melrose. Blackbanditz is not only a tattoo parlor and hair salon, there is so much more to it that makes it special. The store has a built in removable stage for bands and live performances, its a lifestyle shop that employs 5 young tattoo artists and 3 hair stylists. We even do weird stuff over here like glow in the dark ink to feather extensions for your hair needs.
