Bitter Sweet Creations was established in mid 2011. I have always had a huge interest in parties and get so much joy out of making peoples visions come to life. After helping many friends and family with various events such as weddings and birthdays I decided to take it a step further. My first event was when I decided to put together a candy buffe... t which included a chocolate fountain for my sisters 21st Birthday I did this as a trial of what people thought and I have to say it was a complete success. On this table I had 15 different types of candy and there was nothing left over. The chocolate fountain had everyone talking and even my 90 year old grandmother decided to give it a go and it got a huge tick from her. After my sisters birthday I decided that I wanted to start my own business and this is when Bitter Sweet Creations came to life.
