BISA is a non-profit organization which was started by 9 entrepreneurs from Tshwane on the 20 September 2013 and adopted its constitution on the 7 th of October 2013. The economic climate needed much more realistic approaches to problems the country faces in 2013, and being the beneficiaries of a recovering country from its crippling past, and a gl... obal recession which threatened to return; the 9 entrepreneurs most of whom have over 5 years business experience decided to approach the situation differently.
