Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy

Tracy Heron Moore, LMT, is a bodyworker and community herbalist. Her path over the last 20 years has been of intensive study and practice in first clinical herbalism, then incorporating massage therapy and then onto biodynamic craniosacral therapy, and finally onto integrating and blending the three modalities in her practice. She has been a member... of the wonderful worker-owned Massage Place Collective since 2010, and offers massage, craniosacral, and herbal consultation sessions there. Tracys massage style is intuitive and she uses long, slow techniques to invite the bodys tissues to relax deeply and recover from injury. Her craniosacral sessions are supportive and grounding to the nervous system, to help client's unwind from old unhealthy patterns and build more resilience. Her herbal work is all about empowering her clients to trust their body's intelligence, to feel in charge of their own health and healing, and to find an ever-deepening connection with nature and the gifts of the plants. She delights in helping people strengthen their body-mind-spirit connections and find greater ease and joy in their bodies and lives. She is a lifelong learner, and continues to deepen her knowledge and skillset through attending workshops, conferences, and classes. She is currently studying both aromatherapy and natural perfumery. Tracy also loves sharing her knowledge, and occasionally teaches classes and workshops--anywhere from college classrooms to funky community venues.
