Bin 322 comes from the vision of Hope and Greg Killingsworth. As former owners of Teatrees Boutique Spa they specialize in creating the perfect ambiance for their guests. They envisioned that a local establishment featuring a relaxing atmosphere with comfy sofas, lounge chairs and tables, delicious tapas and a wide selection of International wines... would be the perfect addition to the Blue Ridge Restaurant community. Bin 322 is the perfect realization of their vision. Tapas are small plates typically in Spanish cuisine that are meant to be shared with friends or combined to create a meal. Many of our culinary offerings of tapas, international platters, soups, sandwiches or salads are also gluten free and vegan. We hope you enjoy sharing and tasting Chef Josephs creations! Bin 322 features excellent regional wines from all over the world that are available by the glass, bottle or tastings. The unique wine dispensers are designed to allow people to taste wines in small 1 oz or 2.5 oz pours. Using a chip card, one can insert the card into the machine and choose to taste any of the sixteen reds and eight whites on the dispensers. This gives customers the opportunity to taste wines they might not normally have the chance to try either because they are only available by the bottle or they are unique varietals from many parts of the world.
