Over the years, Bilnor has grown from strength to strength. With the change in South African legislation around black empowerment, Bilnor conformed to legislation, and in compliance, established a new company in 1982 under the name Bilnor, which runs under the ownership of Antoon Lombard, Isak Lombard and Gerald Khoza. Since 1982, Bilnor has shown... rapid growth in the staffing sector and opened a branch in Gauteng and Mpumalanga, to ensure consistent service to clients within the jurisdiction of each branch. Bilnor has subsequently made a decision to separate the engineering and construction sectors from the staffing sector, due to the changing requirements of clients in the engineering, mining and industrial sector. This led to the establishment of Bilnor Engineering PTY Ltd. Bilnor Engineering and Bilnor Staffing Solutions are complementary entities. Both organisations employ extensive skills and expertise, which ultimately ensures high quality of service in the engineering sector, with the adaptable ability to apply focus to our client's specific requirements.
