Bilgin Group

Bilgin Group was founded in 1943 by Ahmet Rüstü Bilgin, our grand father, under the name of Istanbul Pazari in Çikrikçilar Yokusu, Ankara, within the field of linen drapery. In the following process, the business of linen drapery went ahead and turned into furnishing business in 1970s by performance of Vedat Bilgin, our father, and Osman Nuri Bilgi... n, our uncle. After that, Vedat Bilgin continued business of furnishing wholesale on his own, under the name of Bilgin Tekstil in Sultanhamam Fincancilar Çikmazi, then Birkan Bilgin and Bilgehan Bilgin, children of Vedat Bilgin, participated in his business; so that they planted the seeds of "Bilgin Tekstil Elektrik Elektronik Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Sti.", integrated curtain manufacturing plant , today go by the name of ''Bilgin Group''. During the first 10 years, embroidery plants became our customers, while we had been their customer selling their curtains, and our business potential developed day by day through raw material procurement required to make guipure and the production of warp knitted power net fabrics with the width of 330 cm to be used as base fabric for embroidery production. Furthermore, our company gained machine representatives from abroad in 2006 in order to enlarge workspace and to increase service diversity. These representatives are; laser cutting systems, sequence device and cording device for embroidery machines and system we imported and they have started the ball rolling for our textile machine production within our organization today. Since the March of 2011, we have continued our manufacturing in our new plant with an indoor area of 8500 m2 in Istanbul Leather Organized Industry Zone. There are 5 complementary departments in our plant. In Machine Manufacturing Development Department, decomposing warp preparation machine (LYNX 64) and cord embroidery machine (B-KORD) which is designed to increase functionality and diversity in embroidery machines and which we manufacture in our facilities are produced.
