Our mission is to empower communities of all ages, sizes, shapes, genders, religious beliefs, sexual orientations and colors to come together as one by providing a safe and encouraging environment to practice wellness and strengthen the mind, body and spirit. We opened our first studio in Livermore, CA in 2015 and shortly thereafter acquired our se... cond Dublin, CA location in 2016. We added our San Ramon and Castro Valley Studios in 2018 and 2019 respectively. As our student body has grown, we have expanded our class selection and program offerings to include Non-Heated Yoga , Pilates, Cycle and a unique Strength training program that fuses eastern and western philosophy in a new and innovative platform. Joyas teachers and studios nurture, heal and strengthen the mind, body and spirit all while inspiring a sense of community and togetherness. Classes are offered 7 days week, year round and all throughout the day in each of our locations. Our team of professionals are among the most respected and educated teachers in their respective modalities and come from all over the world with a goal of bringing a rich, encouraging and supportive experience to each of our students. Whether it be a Yoga, Pilates or Cycle Class, our staff will provide support and will teach with compassion and care. Instructors are encouraged to allow students to approach their health, fitness & wellness goals from a complete and holistic yogic perspective.
