IDDEA® is a corporation formed by two manufacturing plants and two marketing and distribution companies covering North America, Mexico, and Central America for autos, light truck vehicles, and heavy duty vehicles. Our operations started in 1965 in electroplating processes. Currently, our group specializes in designing, fabricating, electroplating,... marketing and the distributing auto parts and truck accessories under the Big Country Truck Accessories brand. Recently IDDEA® achieved the ISO 9001:2000 certification with "Underwriters Laboratories UL" and registration with "Registrar Accreditation Board RAB" under file number A13109. Many of our competitors use plastic parts on their sidesteps while we use non-slip "Supergrippy" rubber step pads. Big Country also offers the patented Defender Guard with built-in step and shippable wheel-to-wheel sidebars. Our products are also produced with the highest of standards. We monitor, document, and inspect every part and every process, and as a result, have earned the prestigious ISO9001 certification that is your assurance of consistent quality and commitment to excellence. The ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is the worlds largest developer of international standards. These standards give state of-the-art specifications for products and services. The ISO was created to provide assurance to consumers that being provided great products and services while also making industry more effective and efficient. Our manufacturing facility is staffed with talented, skilled, and passionate personnel who build each Big Country product to the highest standards while utilizing the latest technology and processes. Hundreds of hours go into the development, testing, and fitting of each product before it is approved for manufacturing.
