At BCS everybody is there to have a good time and to take part in comedy whether you find yourself funny or not. We explore comedy through games and exercises building our confidence to enable us to do that all important performance at the end of the term. We won`t stick you on a stage in front of a mic and demand you to do stand up comedy. Instead... we will focus on the skills that go in to making a comedy group performance. The main focus is on the acting skills that are used in comedy although we are known for putting together some crazy song and dance routines also. Whether it be a filmed sketch show or a live improvisation night- our shows are original and hilarious. You`ll make great friends along the way as well as developing all sorts of important social and communication skills. Come along have a giggle and a laugh then be inspired by what really goes behind the skill of performing comedy. We have workshops for all ages and abilities from first timers to experienced young performers.
