I have more than twenty-five years of experience in Human Resources, earning my Bachelors Degree from Stockton University, and a Master of Human Resource Management Degree from the School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University. I obtained and maintain my Senior Professional of Human Resources designation through HRCI and my Certified Senior Professional designation through the Society for Human Resource Management. I also obtained my EO Investigation certificate from Cornell University and spent ten years of my career conducting sexual harassment, discrimination, wage and hour, and fairness and equity investigations within, and on behalf of, Fortune 500 Companies with exceptional outcomes. I then transitioned to working with smaller businesses to assist them with growth challenges. In addition, I am a graduate of the University of Miami, attaining my Certified Professional Coach designation. Following my graduation, I earned my Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation, making me one of fewer than 100 coaches in Pennsylvania to hold these credentials, with a small fraction of those located in the Central Pennsylvania region.
