Ben, a veteran of the United States Marine Corps knew immediately that there was a huge need for improvement in the moving industry. He has worked in all areas of moving and storage but quickly became disappointed with the quality of work and lackluster performance, so he took it upon himself to be the change. He decided to dedicate himself to revolutionizing the way household and commercial moves are handled. Taking many of the key principles from his time in the military he has brought integrity, reliability, leadership, attention to detail and a strong moral compass to an industry with a less than perfect reputation. When Ben starting discussing the market in Los Angeles, in particular luxury residential and complex office moves, he saw great potential. He realized that between his renowned skill set from his military training and the rest of Big Ben's managements' exemplary track record of relocating families around the world, it was obvious that a special company would be formed.
