R & D centre is equipped with latest tool room machinery which includes 4 modern VMC machines from USA, Germany, Italy & high end software from UK & USA to develop high quality products. Production facilities equipped with latest and most versatile Vacuum forming plant from Italy, two modern PU production lines, more than 60 plastic injection moulding machines, wire forming machines, press shop, paint shop, ED line etc. to produce and maintain high quality standards. BIG-BEN's production plants are one of the leading saddle manufacturers in the world having complete in house facilities to produce Saddles & Pedals right from designing to final products.
