Tommy designed a open biergarten bar area by his landscaping nursery and continued to grow his dreams. Tommy was later inspired by the Lubbock community to open his first restaurant to be called Bier Haus in the historic downtown Lubbock area. Keeping some resemblance of the landmark restaurant before it, Tommy custom-designed the entire patio and outdoor area for Bier Haus to create the most unique bar experience for Lubbockites. Through his connections, Tommy enjoys bringing popular and big-name musicians for relaxed shows at Bier Haus and providing free entertainment to his loyal patrons.
