Tamara has a rich educational background in Health Sciences; possesses a Graduate Diploma in Management: Healthcare Concentration from McGill University, and a Bachelor of Science from Concordia University. She has now completed her second year in the Manual Osteopathy Program at Académie Sutherland d'Ostéopathie du Québec, allowing her to complete... the fundamentals as a Somatherapist. Tamaras core values are passion, community, self-awareness, and unconditional love. She is passionate about providing her community with resources that empower them to take control of their health. Tamaras love for science and the human body, inspired her to be the founder of Innergetic Wellness. As she takes over Studio House of Bounce and merges the two, shes bringing both communities together to create a place where individuals will learn new ways of taking care of themselves and their true health.
